In addition to the following rules, also refer to the Association&#8217;s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the Declaration), our By-Laws and Articles for a complete description of Whisper Dunes restrictions. These are available on our web portal or from our Property Management Company. In the event of any conflict between the Declaration and these Rules and Regulations, the Declaration shall be the controlling document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\t\tMODIFICATIONS\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\n<h2>\n\t\tPOOL RULES\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\n<h2>\n\t\tTRASH CONTAINERS\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\n<p>Trash pickup days for Whisper Dunes are on Tuesdays &amp; Fridays.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tVEHICLES &#038; PARKING\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\n<p>Commercial, inoperable, recreational, trailers, boats and other watercraft, may not be parked, kept or stored on any lot, or street\u00a0 unless stored or placed within the garage or screened from view of the general public.\u00a0 If you need an exception for a short period of time, use the Contact MANAGEMENT\/BOD form to request permission.<\/p>\n\n<h2>\n\t\tPETS\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\n<h2>\n\t\tSIGNS &#038; FLAGS\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\n\n\n<h2>\n\t\tHOLIDAY LIGHTING &#038; DECORATIONS\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Holiday lighting and decorations are permitted to be placed upon the exterior portions of Residences and upon Lots in the manner permitted hereunder, beginning October 15th and removed not later than January 15th of the following year.<\/p>\n\nNo lighting, facilities or electrical cords or any decorations shall be permitted to be placed on or across any<br \/>\ngrass area maintained by the Association.\u00a0 The HOA and its agents shall be permitted, but shall not be required, to remove any such items which serve as impediments to the mowing of the grass. The Owner, by placement of any lighting or decorations,\u00a0 assumes the risk that such lighting and decorations may be inadvertently damaged or destroyed. An Owner shall be permitted to place holiday lighting and decorations on and within the shrubs located in the front yard of the Lot, provided that (i) the Association shall not be required to maintain such shrubs for such period of time as the decorations, lighting and cords are contained within the shrubs, and (ii) such placement shall not otherwise interfere with the mowing of the grass on the Lot by the Association (if any).\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our rules and regulations are put in place to preserve the beauty, tranquility and safety of our neighborhood and are for the benefit of all homeowners.
