Sloppy handwriting could delay the review process.<\/p>\n\t\n<p>Written approval must be given before work can begin.\u00a0 The ARC meets via Zoom on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. During the busy season, April thru July\/Aug, the committee may also meet on the 2nd Wednesday to accommodate the amount of requests submitted. Agendas are posted at the mailbox kiosks 48 hours in advance of the meetings.\u00a0 Please submit your requests at least 7 business days in advance of the posting to ensure your request is included on the agenda. See <a href=\"https:\/\/whisperduneshoa.com\/index.php\/meetings-agendas\/\">Meetings &amp; Agendas<\/a> for zoom information.\u00a0 If updates to the current Request is needed, please use the UPDATE EXISTING REQUEST form.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\n\n<p>EXISTING <\/p>\n<p>REQUEST <\/p>\n<p>ONLINE<\/p>\n\t\n\n\n<p>PROJECT<\/p>\n\t\n<p>Owners must complete the project within 6 months of the approval. If not completed within 6 months the application process will start from the beginning to get approval. Completed projects will be documented with photos submitted by the owner to the property manager.
