We’ve made a few improvements to make it easier for you to find information and submit requests:

Website Updates – Our HOA website no longer requires a login, and the navigation has been simplified so you can quickly find what you need.
ARC, Landscaping, and Multifamily Pest Control Requests – These are submitted using the menu on the left. The forms are easy to use, and your request will go straight to the right people for review.
Rizzetta Portal – Will be used for all general HOA questions using the “General Requests” option, as well as payment information and documentation. To register, please go to Rizzetta.com.

These changes are designed to make communication faster, clearer, and easier for everyone in the community.

Rizzetta requires all homeowners to register for the Rizzetta Homeowners Portal on their website. This will ensure that you are receiving all email notifications, communications, access to make electronic payments and much more.

To register, please go to www.Rizzetta.com. If you want to request a copy of your registration access letter by email, please do so by submitting a request on the dashboard under Contact Management/BOD.

The Whisper Dunes Newsletter is produced as a voluntary effort and has no official affiliation with the Whisper Dunes Homeowner's Association Board of Directors. To request receiving the newsletter, send an email to whisperdunesnewsletter@gmail.com.
