The Association contracts a single landscape service provider to maintain landscaping needs in the community. The role of the landscape provider is to maintain the lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, weed control, insect control, hedging, pruning, and cleaning debris. Neither the landscape provider nor the HOA are guarantors of the grass or plants in individual lawns unless they are directly responsible for its decline/demise. In the event of a plant or tree dying, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to remove the dead vegetation and replace it.
